Forces that do not unite but pull the space apart. Different directions, distortions, objections. Restless obstacles. The individual elements (forces, beings) want to expand, to unfold. Want to win their space in the intersections. In the immediate moment, and as connection with similar ones, like islands.

But the other comes from afar, with something strange. Longing. No release, but a different mode. In the paleness of the standstill the pain is turning. (About the title: "quo tendis" is Latin for "where are you expanding to", "where are you tending to".)
